- Spices-Salt, red chili, black pepper, and oregano add flavor to the pasta and give it a nice aroma.

- First, take a pan and add four cups of water. Place it on the stove to boil. While the water is heating, add salt and olive oil.
- Add 200 grams of pasta.
- Cook the pasta over high heat.
- Cook the pasta until it is al dente.
- Once the pasta is boiled, rinse it under running or cold water, then set it aside.
- Take another pan and heat some water in it. Cut the 2 tomatoes into 4 to 6 small pieces and add them to the hot water. Let them boil for a while.
- When the tomatoes get soft and their skin starts peeling off, take them out and put them on a plate. Peel off the skin and let them cool for a bit.
- Once cooled, grind them in a chopper or grinder.
- Heat a pan and add two tablespoons of olive oil. Add ginger-garlic paste and finely sliced onions.
- Sauté them until the onions turn golden brown.
- Next, add the remaining vegetables, such as carrots, mushrooms, and capsicum, and sauté until they are cooked.
- Add the tomato purée and sauté again.
- Now, add salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, and mix well.
- For extra flavor, you can also add tomato ketchup.
- After sautéing, add the boiled pasta and mix everything together well.
- Sauté for a few more minutes, and your pasta is ready!
